Refund and Cancellation Policy

However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer the following Refund and Cancellation Policy* under specific circumstances:
1. Refund Policy for Online Courses
i.a) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for courses under the following conditions:
- Reason for Claiming a Refund: A refund request must include a valid reason, such as technical issues preventing access to the course or misleading course descriptions.
- Request Timeframe: You must request a refund within 5 days of purchasing the course. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds.
- Completion Status: Refunds are not applicable if more than 10% of the course content has been completed. We encourage you to review the course outline and materials thoroughly before purchasing to ensure it’s a good fit for you. Alternatively, feel free to ask us any questions regarding the course of your interest before making a purchase. - Source of Purchase: The course was purchased directly through our website.
i.b) Non-Refundable Cases
- Personal preferences or dissatisfaction without a clear and justified explanation will not qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted solely because a student “did not like” the course.
- Completion of a significant portion (10%) of the course content will disqualify a refund request.
- All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision made by our team will be final.
i.c) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@scholastia.com with the following details:
- Your name
- The course name
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
i.d) Processing Time
Once your refund request is received, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
i.e) Exceptions
- Subscription Plans: If you subscribed to a recurring payment plan, we offer a refund for the first payment only if requested within 5 days of the initial charge. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.
- Promotional or Discounted Courses: Courses purchased through special promotions or discounts are not eligible for a refund.
i.f) Course Modifications and Cancellations
In the event that we need to cancel or modify a course (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to either:
– Receive a full refund for the course.
– Transfer to a similar course or reschedule the course at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy for E-books
ii.a) No Refunds on E-Books
Due to the digital nature of e-books, we do not offer refunds once an e-book has been downloaded or accessed. Please review all product details and sample previews (if available) before making your purchase.
ii.b) Exceptions
In the rare event that an e-book is found to be defective (e.g., missing content or file errors), please contact us at support@scholastia.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. Cancellation Policy
iii.a) Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to a recurring membership or subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the following billing period.
iii.b) Course Access after Subscription Cancellation
Once you cancel your subscription or membership, you will retain access to any courses purchased through the plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
iii.c) How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription or membership, log in to your account, navigate to the billing section, and follow the cancellation instructions. If you experience any issues or need assistance, feel free to contact our support team at support@scholastia.com.
4. Changes to Our Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top of this page as “Last Revised”.
