Reasonable Adjustment Policy
Last Updated: 01 April, 2025*
- Purpose
At Scholastia, we are fully committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and equitable online learning environment for all learners, including those who are Specially Abled.
We recognize that learners with disabilities, learning differences, mental health conditions, and other additional needs may require tailored support to fully access and benefit from our courses.
This policy outlines our commitment to making Reasonable Adjustments that remove barriers to participation, ensuring that every learner especially the specially abled learners are afforded the same opportunity to succeed as their peers, without compromising the academic integrity or essential requirements of our courses.
- Scope
This policy applies to all learners enrolled in Scholastia’s fully self-paced, online learning courses, which are delivered through:
– Pre-recorded video lectures, fully equipped with subtitles and captions;
– Summarized lesson transcripts provided in PDF format;
– Final quizzes conducted entirely online and remotely;
– Certificates of Completion awarded upon course completion;
– Full accessibility via smartphones, tablets, desktops, and laptops.
The Reasonable Adjustment Policy covers all aspects of course participation, including access to materials, navigation of the platform, learning activities, and assessments.
