Our courses are competitively priced based on the quality of content, expert instructors, comprehensive learning experience we provide and the global Accreditation they carry. It is also worth noting that all our digital products (i.e., online courses, ebooks) are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Your Certificate of Completion will be available for download the moment you complete your course fully. All you have to do is go back to your course page while you’re still logged in and from under the course thumbnail click on the “View Certificate”. This will generate a preview of your certificate on your screen. Next to it, you will find a download button. Hover on it and you will see two options – “PDF JPG”. Click on your preferred file type and your certificate will be downloaded onto your device. Alternatively, if you wish to print your document directly, you can choose the 3rd option from top – “Print Now” – to take a print out of your certificate.

Applicants must meet specific criteria, such as educational qualifications, familiarity with technical tools, and subject area expertise. Please review the full eligibility requirements on the Educator Eligibility page.

As the first step, you must fill and submit the Educator Questionnaire Form which allows us to evaluate your suitability as a qualified educator for our platform. Based on your information provided via the questionnaire, if we deem you eligible, we will go onto the next step of interviewing. If you can demonstrate your potential and become successful, you will be formally invited to register as an instructor on our platform.

No. We accept applications all year round. You are welcome to apply at any time.

If your application is successful, you will be required to register and create an educator account which will give you access to your very own instructor dashboard and will enable you to create courses.

Yes! We encourage freshers to apply. As long as you possess ample knowledge in your subject area and can demonstrate your ability to effectively impart that knowledge among learners during your interview, you are a perfect fit for our organization.

No. Applying for the position of educator is absolutely free of cost and so is registering.

During the ongoing selection process, we will ask for a CV or a brief summary of your academic and professional qualifications. If selected, you will be required to share a scanned copy of the Degree Certificate of your highest/latest qualification (this is a compulsory requirement by the CA Worldwide Course Accreditation Centre).

You submit the Educator Questionnaire Form > We carefully review your responses and, if found to be suitable for the position, you are invited for an online interview > You are expected to demonstrate your teaching potential at the interview and answer some general questions > If selected, you are asked to register as instructor on our platform which gives you access to your instructor dashboard > You can then upload your courses from there (which are further subject to review and approval)

Yes. It is advised that you thoroughly read and understand the Educator Terms and Conditions before considering to apply for the position.

  • You will be solely responsible for the creation and development of course content, course curriculum, course material, lectures, tests etc.
  • You will have the liberty to decide about the course syllabus, its curriculum, and all lessons.
  • You will ensure that the course is in English only (unless otherwise specified in case of language-based courses).
  • You will ensure that the course should be in the form of pre-recorded video lectures and the total length of the course should be no less than 30 hours. There is no set amount of minutes/hours allotted for each lesson but ideally all video lectures should together amount to approximately 30 hours of teaching.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you will need to edit and update your courses from time to time to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with evolving industry standards, academic research, and institutional or regulatory requirements. Updates may include, but are not limited to, revising course content, incorporating new teaching methodologies, aligning with technological advancements, and addressing student feedback. Educators are responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of their courses to provide an optimal learning experience.

No. Setting the final price of an online course is completely at Scholastia’s discreation.

Educators will receive 44.84% of the total course fee (excluding applicable taxes) of an online course. For example, if a course is originally enlisted for Rs. 2541.53, without a discount and excluding applicable taxes, the educator will be entitled to receive Rs. 1139.62 per sale made on that particular course.

  1. After formally registering as an educator, you will gain access to your very own instructor dashboard. There under “Settings” you will find the option “Withdraw” where you can enter and save your bank details.
  2. For us to pay you in a timely manner, you must own a RazorPay, UPI, GPay, Paytm, PhonPe, or an active Indian bank account (for Indian residents only) in good standing and must keep us informed of the correct email associated with your account.
  3. When a student purchases your Submitted Content, we calculate the gross amount of the sale as the amount actually received by Scholastia from the student (“Gross Amount”). From this, we subtract any Sales Taxes to calculate the net amount of the sale (“Net Amount”).
  4. Scholastia makes all instructor payments in Indian Rupees (INR) regardless of the currency with which the sale was made. Scholastia is not responsible for your foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees that you may incur. Your revenue report will show the sales price (in local currency) and your converted revenue amount (in INR).
  5. Depending on the applicable revenue share model, payment will be made within 35 days of the end of the month in which (a) we receive the fee for a course or (b) the relevant course consumption occurred.
  • Account Deletion:
    Educators may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting platform support. Once an account is deleted, all associated data, including course materials, user interactions, and any content uploaded by the educator, will be permanently removed. Please note that account deletion is irreversible and may affect the educator’s ability to access previously published courses or any historical data linked to the account.

  • Course Deletion:
    Educators have the right to request deletion of individual courses they have created. Upon deletion, the course and all related content will be permanently removed from the platform. It is the educator’s responsibility to back up any important materials before proceeding with course deletion. Deleting a course may also affect any enrolled students, who will lose access to the course and its content.

  • Platform’s Right to Delete:
    The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an educator’s account and/or course(s) for violations of the platform’s policies, including but not limited to content that is unlawful, violates intellectual property rights, or breaches the platform’s community guidelines. Educators will be notified prior to any deletion action, except in cases of severe violations where immediate action may be required.

  • Data Retention:
    In compliance with applicable laws, the platform may retain certain data even after account or course deletion for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes, such as billing information or records of transactions.

  • Reactivation of Account or Course:
    Once deleted, accounts or courses cannot be reinstated. If an educator wishes to return to the platform, they must create a new account and upload new course materials.
