Educator Eligibility

STAGE 1 (Selection):

  1. Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s/PhD in the subject of the online course (a candidate with a PhD will be given preference to a candidate with a master’s)
  2. Teaching Experience: 0 – 10 years (freshers are encouraged to apply)
  3. Must have a strong command over English
  4. Must be efficient in navigating necessary LMS (Learning Management System) technology including creating video lectures and successfully uploading them.
  5. Must submit a course that is created fully in English (unless otherwise stated in special cases i.e., language-specific courses)
  6. A scanned-copy of the Certificate of the latest Educational Qualification completed in the subject/in a related subject to the course you are willing to teach through our online platform (this is a requirement by the CAWCA)

STAGE 2 (Approval):

After successful selection on the basis of academic merit, you’ll be asked to upload your course material on the specific course page and wait for its approval until the review process is done. Once we have approved of your course from our side, it will be sent for gaining CA Worldwide Course Accreditation. Please find the requirements of the course structure below:

2.a)  Course Structure:

  1. The online course should be in the form of pre-recorded video tutorials/lectures.
  2. The total combined hours of the pre-recorded online course must not be less than 30 hours.
  3. The entire course should be divided into chapters, arranged and uploaded in the correct order.
  4. There should be 1 final test (MCQ test) created within the course to assess the student’s knowledge gained from your course. Students will receive points based on their performance.
  5. All the videos uploaded should maintain quality and clarity.

(Please ensure you upload high-quality, professionally presentable course material including recorded lectures, videos, PDFs, e-books, digital notes, and study material. Poor-quality course material will automatically lead to immediate rejection.)

STAGE 3 (Accreditation):

If and once your course is approved and accredited, it becomes eligible for sale through our platform.

(In case, the CAWCA asks for further improvements/amendments in the course structure or material quality, you will be notified and required to make necessary improvements within the stipulated timeframe)

STAGE 4 (Ready for Sale):

Once approved, your course material will be made live on our platform and you will be entitled to receive your revenue share from any sales that will occur.
