Fill out the Educator Application Form and submit. Make sure to enter the required details accurately.
The questions asked in the application form are designed to judge your suitability as a potential Educator on Scholastia. Therefore, furnish correct details only.
2. Interview
Depending on your responses provided via the application form, our recruitment team will arrange for an online interview.
Invitation for an interview indicates you are academically a good fit for Scholastia.
This face-to-face virtual interview will aim to get to know you much better. Additionally, it will ensure to share and discuss important details with you such as remuneration, company policies, technical familiarity, payment terms and most important of all – your willingness to join our vibrant teaching community.
3. Sign Up and Create Your Course(s)
If the interviewing panel deems you qualified enough and if you too agree to take the next step, our recruitment team will send you the official joining email which will carry the Educator Registration Link and all the necessary documents to be filled, signed, and returned by you (i.e., Educator Payment Terms and Agreement, Educator Banking Details, Nomination Designation Form).
Once you’ve signed up and gained access to your very own Instructor Dashboard, you will get to use our intuitive tools to design your course content, upload videos, create quizzes, and structure your lessons in a way that’s easy to follow and engaging for your students.
4. Gain Approval and Accreditation
Once you have successfully created your course, it will be sent to the CA Worldwide Course Accreditation Centre (UK). Accreditation can take upto 7-10 working days.
Once your course has gained approval and accreditation, your course will be published and become ready for sale!
However, if the accrediting body requests for more information OR asks for further amendments, you will be informed immediately, so that you can apply the changes asap.
5. Promotion and Advertisement
Once your course is accredited, our dedicated Marketing Team will start promoting it on numerous forums and social media using meticulous marketing tools.
